He/She understands that the breaking of any one of these Rules of UMAAI Membership will mean the loss of UMAAI Teaching License, and/or the loss of one rank per offense and/or instant expulsion with No Recourse. Discipline, Friendship, Obligation, Respect, Pride, Honor, Loyalty, Unity, Truth and Tradition are words that UMAAI Members live by and take very seriously.  In a day in time when Honor is an all but forgotten word, UMAAI keeps the Budo Tradition alive by teaching the virtue of Veneration.

“Seven times down, eight times up”

Only true Budo Ka, those who understand and teach a Code of Discipline, Friendship, Obligation, Respect, Pride, Honor, Loyalty, Unity, Truth and Tradition need apply for membership in UMAAI.

The Motto of UMAAI members is, "To Do With Excellence What Others Do Well."  This Motto speaks for itself and demonstrates that the members of UMAAI are never satisfied with being average.  They continually strive for the perfection of their Character and of their Martial Art.

ONLY THOSE WHO FEEL THE WAY WE DO, SHOULD APPLY!
